Abstract

Ce document constitue le support de présentations effectuées dans le cadre du groupe de travail "Prix du pétrole et prix du gaz" du Conseil d'Analyse Économique. La version présente correspond à la contribution apportée au rapport final du groupe, complétée par quelques paragraphes et annexes permettant une lecture indépendante du rapport complet. Une première partie est principalement consacrée aux ressources qui conditionnent le long terme, la deuxième au jeu des acteurs et au comportement des pays producteurs. Le fonctionnement à court terme des marchés est ensuite abordé avant une présentation et une analyse de la situation particulière de l'automne 2000.
