Abstract

Cet article présente les contraintes empêchant l'extension de l'utilisation du gaz dans les pays en voie de développement, principalement dans le secteur de la génération d'électricité. L'analyse porte sur les améliorations à apporter à divers paramètres dans les contrats de commercialisation et dans l'approche des politiques d'investissement.
