Abstract

Die Studie 'Berufe der Zukunft im Ruhrgebiet' verfolgt das Ziel, fünf Forschungsfragen zu beantworten: 1.Welche Berufe haben angesichts des digitalen Wandels und der ökologischen Transformation der Wirtschaft gute Zukunftschancen? 2.Wie stark sind diese Zukunftsberufe bereits ausgeprägt? 3.Wie entwickelt sich bei den Zukunftsberufen die Höhe der Arbeitsnachfrage und inwiefern werden digitale und grüne Kompetenzen nachgefragt? 4.Welche Rolle spielen Studium und Ausbildung für das zu erwartende Arbeitsangebot inden Zukunftsberufen? 5.Welche Entwicklungen sind vor diesem Hintergrund für die Zukunft zu erwarten?
