Abstract

Piacszerkezeti és hatásvizsgálatok szerint a túlzott mértékű kereskedelmi koncent ráció általában csökkenti a versenyt a piacon, hosszabb távon az árszínvonal emel kedésével jár együtt, a kereskedelmi és termelő kisvállalkozások, továbbá a fogyasz tók kedvezőtlenebb piaci és alkupozícióba kerülnek, és negatív társadalmi hatások jelentkeznek. Ennek megakadályozása alapvető érdeke a társadalom- és gazdaság politikának. Journal of Economics Literature (JEL) kód: F14.
