Abstract

(VF)Le recours croissant à l’externalisation des activités pose le problème du management des relations client-fournisseur et, en particulier, de leur contrôle. Cet article propose une lecture militaire des stratégies de contrôle d’un équipementier automobile sur ses fournisseurs. L’analyse suggère que diverses stratégies sont développées selon le niveau de dépendance réciproque client-fournisseur. Leur mise en œuvre s’appuie sur quatre types de dis-positifs de contrôle:les dispositifs de connaissance, d’incitation, de protection et de séduction.(VA)The outsourcing of activities raises the problem of the management of buyer-supplier relationships, and in particular of their control. This paper presents a military analysis of the control strategies of a car component maker over its suppliers. The analysis suggests that different strategies are developed according to the degree of buyer-supplier reciprocal dependence. Their implementation relies on four types of control devices:knowledge,incentives,protection and seduction.
