Kiszorítják-e az idősebb munkavállalók a fiatalokat a közszférában?. Eredmények a magyarországi nyugdíjkorhatár-emelés időszakából
[Do older employees crowd out younger?. Evidence from Hungary in a period of rising retirement age]

Abstract

A tanulmány a magyarországi közszféra munkahelyi szintű adatain vizsgálja az idős és fiatal munkavállalók közötti kiszorítási hatást. Az elemzés újdonsága - a dezaggregált adatok használata mellett -, hogy a foglalkoztatotti csoportok munkahelyi foglalkoztatási szintjeit, a fiatalok felvételi esélyeit és béreit is elemzi. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a fiatalokat sújtó kiszorítási hatás a foglalkoztatáson és a béreken keresztül is jelentkezik, de csak korlátozott mértékben, csupán a fiatalabb és legkisebb tapasztalattal rendelkezők esetében.
