Általános iskolai szegregáció Magyarországon az ezredforduló után

Abstract

Ebben a tanulmányban a 2006. évi országos kompetenciamérés - minden iskolára és egy iskolai évfolyam minden tanulójára kiterjedő - adatfelvételére támaszkodva megpróbáljuk részletesen feltárni a magyarországi iskolai szegregáció jelenségét: az iskolák közötti és az iskolákon belüli osztályszintű elkülönülés mértékét, településszintű és regionális (kistérségi léptékű) térbeli különbségeit és a szegregáció mértékét befolyásoló összefüggéseket. Az elemzés újdonságát a teljeskörűsége adja. Az elmúlt évtizedben számos mélyreható elemzés született, amely a magyar közoktatás bizonyos részeit lehatárolva vagy egy-egy nagyobb város vagy városrész iskolapolitikáját elemezve tárta fel az iskolai szegregáció mozgatórugóit és rejtett mechanizmusait. Az itt következő tanulmány azonban az első, amely minden általános iskolára és az ország egészére nézve próbál megfogalmazni az iskolai szegregációról érvényes állításokat.
