L?impatto dell?istruzione sui salari per genere in Italia / Appendice Statistica

Abstract

Il lavoro esamina l?impatto dell?istruzione sui salari per genere in Italia. Si analizza il periodo 2007-2010 utilizzando i dati panel EU-Silc. In primo luogo, emerge che l?istruzione esercita un impatto positivo sulla probabilit? di partecipare all?occupazione per entrambi i generi, soprattutto per le donne. Inoltre, l?istruzione conferma il suo impatto positivo sui salari per genere lungo tutta la distribuzione salariale, soprattutto per le donne nella parte alta della distribuzione. Sono quindi le donne pi? istruite a partecipare al mercato del lavoro e l?istruzione per se ha una certa rilevanza sulla remunerazione.
