Wachstumsdynamik bei den Ausrüstungsinvestitionen schwächt sich ab – Mobilien-Leasing startet schwungvoll ins neue Jahr

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen der aktuellen ifo-Umfrage bei den Leasingunternehmen schätzen die befragten Testteilnehmer ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage noch günstiger ein als zuvor. Auch die Geschäftserwartungen scheinen ihren Tiefpunkt durchschritten zu haben, bereits zum dritten Mal in Folge gingen die Leasingunternehmen von einer Aufwärtsentwicklung in der nahen Zukunft aus. Der ifo/BDL Investitionsindikator zeigt für die Ausrüstungsinvestitionen für 2012 im Jahresdurchschnitt ein Plus von über 3%, und für die ersten drei Monate des Jahres 2013 ergibt sich ein Anstieg von knapp 3%.
