Expansion der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen und des Mobilien-Leasings hält auch 2008 an

Abstract

Das Geschäftsklima in der deutschen Leasingwirtschaft ist zwar mit seinem Rückgang seit den Sommermonaten 2007 den Abwärtsbewegungen des Stimmungsindikators der gewerblichen Wirtschaft gefolgt. Dennoch deutet sich in den Urteilen zur aktuellen Geschäftslage eine gewisse Stabilisierung an. Die aktuelle Lage wird dabei weiterhin deutlich besser beurteilt als die Aussichten für die nächsten sechs Monate. Der Investitionsfrühindikator deutet nach der kräftigen Aufwärtsbewegung im vergangenen Jahr für 2008 auf eine erkennbare Wachstumsverlangsamung bei den Ausrüstungsinvestitionen einschließlich der sonstigen Anlagen hin. Der erwartete Zuwachs wird aber noch immer bei nominal 4% liegen. Das Wachstumstempo nimmt allerdings von Quartal zu Quartal ab. Für 2009 zeichnet sich schließlich eine beginnende Investitionsschwäche ab.
