Ausrüstungsinvestitionen und Mobilien-Leasing wachsen 2008 mit schwächerer Dynamik

Abstract

Das Geschäftsklima in der deutschen Leasingwirtschaft ist mit seinem Rückgang seit den Sommermonaten den Abwärtsbewegungen des Stimmungsindikators der gewerblichen Wirtschaft gefolgt, die Korrektur fiel aber deutlicher aus. Der Stimmungsindikator trübte sich auf 18 Prozentpunkte ein und ist nur noch halb so hoch wie vor Jahresfrist. Die Leasingunternehmen berichteten aber dennoch in den ersten beiden Monaten des Jahres 2008 über einen guten Geschäftsverlauf, per saldo waren die Urteile im Februar sogar noch einen Tick höher als vor Jahresfrist. Im Detail bewerteten 37% der Leasinggesellschaften ihren Geschäftsgang im Februar als gut, 59% als befriedigend, nur 3% der Testteilnehmer empfanden ihre augenblickliche Geschäftssituation als schlecht. Die Geschäftserwartungen wurden hingegen angesichts der Unsicherheiten bezüglich der Auswirkungen der Unternehmensteuerreform auf das Leasinggeschäft erheblich gedämpft.
