Eurokrise gefährdet Investitionswachstum – Mobilien-Leasing expandiert langsamer

Abstract

Insgesamt ist für 2012 mit moderat steigenden Ausgaben der Wirtschaft für Ausrüstungsgüter zu rechnen. Dieses Wachstumstempo dürften die Leasinggesellschaften nach den Ergebnissen der aktuellen ifo-Umfrage bei den Leasingunternehmen übertreffen. Der ifo/BDL-Investitionsindikator signalisiert einen nominalen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen einschließlich der sonstigen Anlagen von reichlich 3% im Jahr 2012. Auch in den ersten beiden Quartalen des Jahres 2013 wird sich diese Entwicklung fortsetzen, das Wachstumstempo dürfte dabei noch etwas zulegen.
