Ausrüstungsinvestitionen im Boom – Leasing gewinnt Marktanteile

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen der neuesten ifo Konjunkturumfrage im Leasingsektor werden die Investitionen der Leasinggesellschaften, nach einem mageren Zuwachs im Jahr 2010, 2011 beträchtlich zulegen. Im Jahresdurchschnitt wird im Neugeschäft mit Mobilien ein Wachstum von 11,8% generiert werden können. Der auf den Lagebeurteilungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindikator signalisiert einen nominalen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen von etwa 6% im Jahr 2012, wobei in der zweiten Jahreshälfte die Investitionsdynamik deutlich an Schwung verlieren wird.
