Investitionen im Sog der Finanzkrise – Mobilien-Leasing wächst noch überdurchschnittlich

Abstract

Der Investitionsindikator, der gemeinsam vom ifo Institut und dem Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen ermittelt wird, signalisiert nur noch einen nominalen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen einschließlich der sonstigen Anlagen von einem ½% im Jahr 2012. Im Verlauf der zweiten Jahreshälfte halten sich die Unternehmen mit ihren Investitionen mehr und mehr zurück. Maßgeblich hierfür dürfte die anhaltende Unsicherheit im Gefolge der europäischen Schuldenkrise sein. Ein Ende der Schwächephase wird wohl erst gegen Jahresanfang 2013 erreicht werden.
