Leasing zurück auf der Überholspur: 12% Wachstum bei Mobilien 2011 – gedämpfte Erwartungen für 2012

Abstract

Die rasante Zunahme der unternehmerischen Investitionstätigkeit im ersten Halbjahr 2011 hat auch die Leasingbranche mitgerissen, wie der neueste ifo Investitionstest bei den deutschen Leasinggesellschaften zeigt, der zusammen mit dem Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen durchgeführt wurde. 2011 wird im Jahresdurchschnitt im Neugeschäft mit Mobilien ein Wachstum von 11,8% auf 46 Mrd. Euro generiert werden können. Das traditionell volatile Immobilien-Leasing dürfte nach dem rasanten Anstieg im Vorjahr um 40% zurückgehen. Dadurch ist für das gesamte Leasing-Neugeschäft 2011 mit einem Wachstum von 7% zu rechnen.
