Der flächendeckende Mindestlohn in Sachsen: Hohe Reichweite, vielfältige Reaktionen derBetriebe

Abstract

Eine schriftliche Befragung in der gewerblichen Wirtschaft des Freistaats Sachsen zum Thema Mindestlohn, an der sich insgesamt 2.668 Betriebe beteiligt haben, offenbart eine hohe Reichweite des flächendeckenden Mindestlohns. Insgesamt 54% der teilnehmenden Betriebe stuften sich als betroffen ein; ein Drittel der betroffenen Betriebe erhöhte zudem Löhne oberhalb des Mindestlohnniveaus. Die betroffenen Betriebe reagierten nach eigenen Angaben mit vielfältigen Maßnahmen auf die neue Lohnuntergrenze, insbesondere mit Preiserhöhungen (58 %), weniger Neueinstellungen (39 %) und der Zurückstellung von Investitionen (39 %).
