Changing roles and behaviour of human resources managers in the industrial businesses

Abstract

The article deals with the systematized set of contemporary roles played by the human resources managers and specialists in the industrial businesses. The main reasons for changes in the contents, priority and combination of the roles and the behaviour of this type of corporate professionals. The main trends and key contradictions, hampering the performance of the roles. An integrated systematic structural approach is proposed, defining the roles comprehensively and flexibly and their alignment with the other components, that express the essential aspects and characteristics of the human resources managers and specialists in the industrial business organizations.
