Abstract

Langfristig angelegte Beratungsprogramme bringen mehr junge Menschen ohne akademischen Hintergrund an die Universitäten. Umgekehrt nehmen Studienberechtigte mit akademischem Hintergrund nach diesen Programmen häufiger eine Ausbildung auf. Sie verringern damit nicht nur soziale Ungleichheit, sondern verbessern auch die Passung zwischen schulischen Leistungen und Bildungsentscheidungen.
