Die Führung innovativer Teams unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und psychologischer Aspekte

Abstract

Innovationen bilden ein wirksames Instrument zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit eines Unternehmens. Sie werden durchgeführt, indem nacheinander die Aufgaben der Ideensuche, Ideenentwicklung, Produktion der ersten Serie und der Markteinführung abgearbeitet werden. Die dafür geeignete Organisationsform ist die eines Projektteams, dem Mitarbeiter aus den verschiedenen Abteilungen angehören. Die Organisationsforschung hat sich intensiv damit beschäftigt, wie Projektteams gesteuert werden sollten, und zahlreiche Empfehlungen erarbeitet. Diese Empfehlungen weisen nur den Nachteil auf, dass sie arbeitsrechtliche Belange nicht mit einbeziehen. Diese Forschungslücke versucht dieser Beitrag zu schließen, indem versucht wird, psychologische mit rechtlichen Forderungen zu verbinden. Insbesondere wird die rechtliche Problematik der Zuweisung der Mitarbeiter zum Team, der Vergütung und der Haftung diskutiert.
