Globalisierungs- und Verlagerungstendenzen bei F&E-Tätigkeiten: Trendanalyse

Abstract

Die internationale Arbeitsteilung von wissensintensiven Aktivitäten schreitet äußerst dynamisch voran. Die vorliegende Trendstudie untersucht anhand von Experteninterviews und Daten des Stifterverbands den aktuellen Stand der Globalisierung von F&E-Tätigkeiten und die treibenden Motive und Strategien dahinter. Demnach hat das zunehmende F&E-Engagement der deutschen Industrie im Ausland auch die inländischen F&E-Aktivitäten stimuliert. Wichtige Zukunftsthemen wie Industrie 4.0 und die dazu notwendige Softwareentwicklung sind weiterhin fest in Deutschland verankert.
