Abstract

Innovationen und neue Technologien werden für Mitbestimmungsakteure immer wichtiger. Die Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsplätze, Arbeitsbedingungen und Qualifizierung müssen frühzeitig sondiert und bewertet werden. Das Projekt "Monitoring Innovations- und Technologiepolitik" (Zyklus 2) identifiziert 16 innovationspolitische Zukunftsthemen systematisch und bewertet sie im Kontext gegenwärtiger und zukünftiger Arbeitswelten. Arbeitnehmerakteure benötigen solche wissenschaftlich fundierte Expertise, um Innovationsprozesse im Sinne der Beschäftigten zu gestalten.
