Evaluation of the Vocational Training Grant Fund in Namibia: Final Report

Abstract

Mathematica recently completed an impact evaluation of the Vocational Training Grant Fund in Namibia. This program, which was funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation, provided scholarships to Namibian youth to attend vocational training.
