¿Discriminación laboral o capital humano? : determinantes del ingreso laboral de los afrocartageneros

Abstract

Se cuantifican las diferencias en el ingreso laboral para los cartageneros afrocolombianos, negros, mulatos, palenqueros y en general la población en 2004 con la metodología Blinder-Oaxaca. Se analizan las causas de la desigualdad social y económica, los precios relativos, la exclusión que afectó a los esclavos y los descendientes de estos.
