Abstract

Demografie, Digitalisierung und Ökologisierung werden die Arbeitswelt in den kommenden Jahren maßgeblich beeinflussen. Mit Hilfe von Literaturanalysen wird nach Berufsfeldern gesucht, in denen sich diese Herausforderungen deutlich abzeichnen und möglicherweise gegenseitig verstärken. Ziel ist es, besonders betroffene Berufsfelder zu identifizieren und damit verbundene Anpassungs- bzw. Qualifizierungsbedarfe aufzuzeigen.
