Abstract

Internationale Beispiele zeigen, dass ein hohes Maß an Sozialleistungen nicht mit einer geringen Wirtschaftsleistung einer Volkswirtschaft in Verbindung steht, sofern auf Anreizwirkungen Rücksicht genommen wird und Sozialpolitik von einer wachstumsfördernden Bildungs- und Forschungspolitik ergänzt wird. Der Beitrag diskutiert Reformoptionen im Bereich der Verteilungs-, Familien- und Pflege-, Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktpolitik, die Wirtschaftswachstum und Beschäftigung fördern.
