A Meta-Analysis of Empirically Tested School-Based Dating Violence Prevention Programs

Abstract

Teen dating violence prevention programs implemented in schools and empirically tested were subjected to meta-analysis. Eight studies met criteria for inclusion, consisting of both within and between designs. Overall, the weighted mean effect size (ES) across studies was significant, ES r = .11; 95% confidence interval (CI) = [.08, .15], p
