Pályakezdő közgazdászok bére a szakdiverzifikáció függvényében
[Programme diversification effects on the salaries of freshly graduated economists]

Abstract

Tanulmányunk a Diplomás Pályakövető Rendszer 2011-2015 közötti és az Adminisztratív Adatbázisok Egyesítése 2017. évi adatait elemezve megállapítja: reálisnak bizonyultak a magyar közgazdászhallgatók azon várakozásai, amelyek szerint megéri az alap- és mesterképzés közötti szakváltás. A mesterszakon végzetteket három csoportra bontva hasonlítottuk össze: generalisták (akik más szakon szélesítik tudásukat), specialisták (akik ugyanazon a szakon mélyítik ismereteiket) és területváltók (máshonnan érkeztek a gazdaságtudományi mesterképzésre). A karrierstratégiák mércéjeként, sikerességük mérőszámaként a kereseteket és az elhelyezkedés idejét határoztuk meg.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: E24, I23, I26, J31.
