Einzelhandel: Anhaltende Investitionsdynamik auch 2008 überwiegend von Großunternehmen getragen

Abstract

Trotz des Auslaufens der degressiven Abschreibung bei mobilen Anlagegütern zum Jahresende 2007 zeigen die Ergebnisse der jährlichen Investitionssonderfrage des ifo Instituts auch 2008 kein Ende der Investitionsdynamik im Einzelhandel. Die bereits in zurückliegenden Umfragen zu beobachtende Tendenz, dass sich die Investitionsdynamik weitgehend auf die Großunternehmen beschränkt, scheint sich auch in diesem Jahr fortzusetzen. Von den befragten Firmen waren es in erster Linie die mit einem Jahresumsatz von 25 Mill. € und mehr, die für 2008 mehrheitlich mit Umsatzsteigerungen rechnen und eine Aufstockung ihres Personalbestandes sowie ihrer Ausgaben für Baumaßnahmen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung in Aussicht stellen.
