How Managerial Decisions Affect Human Resources: A Case Study

Abstract

This study examines the influence of managerial decision-making on worker motivation and typical overall performance in small and medium-sized manufacturing corporations in Kosovo. Through a mixed approach method combining primary and secondary research methods, with a focus on qualitative evaluation supported by Excel and SPSS software, the research examines the essential role of effective human resource management in improving the competitiveness, growth and survival of these companies. The findings monitor significant correlations between employee motivation, managerial selection, and organizational performance, underscoring the critical influence managers have on workforce motivation and productivity. Look at highlights the importance of management techniques in increasing overall work performance and provides insights for enhancing competitiveness and sustaining fulfilment in Kosovo's SMEs.
