Abstract

Dieser Policy Brief soll mit einem empirischen Blick in die Betriebe - vermittelt über die Sicht von Betriebsräten - Aufschluss darüber geben, ob und inwieweit Personalengpässe in den Betrieben wahrgenommen werden. Was sind die Ursachen dafür? Liegen sie aus Sicht der Betriebsräte allein im Fachkräftemangel? Und welche Maßnahmen ergreifen die Betriebe aktiv, um die Personalengpässe zu beseitigen?
