Methodenreport Work & Age: Berufliche Alterungstrends und Fachkräfteengpässe

Abstract

Dieser Report dokumentiert die methodischen Ansätze für die beruflichen Alterungs- und Fachkräfteverfügbarkeitsanalysen im Projekt Work&Age - Berufe im Demografischen Wandel und ist damit die Grundlage für die fachliche Diskussion. Ziel des Projekts Work & Age war es, die Arbeitsmarktentwicklungen in ausgewählten Berufen zu untersuchen und die Entstehung von Fachkräfteengpässen zu identifizieren. Dazu wird die Alterung der Beschäftigten analysiert und mit dem Auftreten sowie dem kurzfristigen Risiko von Fachkräfteengpässen verknüpft. Das Projekt Work & Age steht im Kontext der Aktivitäten der Demografiestrategie der Bundesregierung und wurde im Rahmen der Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit durch das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales gefördert.
