Abstract

Digitalisierungsprozesse verlaufen oft unvorhersehbar, sind komplex und widersprüchlich. Gerade die Widersprüche aber schaffen einen Raum für unterschiedliche Gestaltungsoptionen. Auf Basis einer Diskursanalyse und anhand von sieben Fallstudien in Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen zeigt dieses Working Paper, wie eine beteiligungsorientierte Gestaltung betrieblicher Digitalisierungsprojekte davon profitiert, wenn Widersprüche und Ambivalenzen, die mit dem Einsatz digitaler Technologien verbunden sind, aktiv bearbeitet werden.
