Digitalisierungswissen im Großunternehmen. Machtressource einer betrieblichen digitalen Bohème

Abstract

Digitalisierungswissen in Großunternehmen stellt eine wichtige, bislang nur unzureichend erforschte Machtressource für die Gestaltung digitaler Arbeit dar. Dieses Working Paper fragt, wer über dieses Wissen verfügt. Es argumentiert, dass sich die betriebliche digitalen Bohème nicht auf die Kerngruppe von IT-nahen Beschäftigten beschränkt, sondern heterogene Beschäftigtengruppen umfasst, die über formelles und informelles Techniknutzungswissen verfügen. Digitalisierungsprozesse in Großbetrieben lassen sich daher als Interaktionsfeld differenter Wissensbestände begreifen und gestalten.
