Die ökonomische Lehrbuchwissenschaft: Zum interdisziplinären Selbstverständnis der Volkswirtschaftslehre

Abstract

Die moderne Volkswirtschaftslehre wirkt auf andere Wissenschaften, auf die Gesellschaft und die Politik ein. Im Kontext dazu wird in dem Paper das disziplinäre Selbstverständnis von Ökonominnen und Ökonomen herausgearbeitet, wie es den wichtigsten Lehrbüchern des Faches inhärent ist. Anhand von Thomas S. Kuhns Konzept der Lehrbuchwissenschaft wird die zentrale Bedeutung des Lehrbuches für die moderne Volkswirtschaftslehre aufgezeigt und dann im Rückgriff auf einschlägige Lehrbuchliteratur des Faches untersucht, welche wissenschaftshistorischen, methodologischen und didaktischen Grundpositionen darin festgehalten sind und im Rahmen akademischer ökonomischer Bildung vermittelt werden.
