Abstract

Entropi ve Multi-Moora Yöntemlerini Kullanarak Bir Vaka Analizi ile Uluslararası Hedef Pazar Seçimi Üçüncü Sektör Sosyal Ekonomi Dergisi 58(1) 2023, 1-15 doi: 10.15659/3.sektor-sosyal-ekonomi.23.01.1934 Günümüzde işletmeler arasındaki ciddi rekabet düzeyine rağmen dış ticaretle uğraşan şirketler ürünlerini yurt dışına satmak için büyük çaba sarf etmektedirler. Firmaların ihracata yönelik ilk adımı atmadan önce bazı stratejik kararlar alması gerekmektedir. Bu stratejik kararlardan biri hedef pazar seçimini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, soğuk hava deposu ve ön soğutma sistemleri üreten ve bu ürünleri yeni dış pazarlara ihraç etmeyi planlayan bir şirketin hedef pazar seçim stratejisini belirlemektir. Belirlenen bu seçim için Entropi ve Multi-Moora yöntemleri çalışma kapsamında dikkate alınmıştır. Çalışmanın değerlendirme ve seçim aşamalarında kullanılacak kriterlerin ağırlıkları Entropi yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Multi - Moora yöntemi kullanılarak alternatif pazarlar değerlendirilmiş ve buna göre en uygun hedef pazar seçilmiştir. Belirlenen dört farklı ülke arasından yapılan detaylı hesaplamalar sonucunda Gürcistan'ın ilgili kriterleri en uygun düzeyde sağlayan hedef pazar ülkesi olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu ülkeyi sırasıyla Romanya ve Kazakistan’ın izlediği sonucuna varılmıştır.
