Abstract

Tujuan penulisan makalah ini untuk menjelaskan kompetensi-kompetensi yang harus dimiliki dalam rangka memasuki globalisasi. Metode penulisan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan makalah ini adalah untuk menjadi generasi yang kompeten di era global tentu harus menyiapkan diri dengan kompetensi yaitu: (1) Kompetensi komunikasi baik lisan maupun tulisan, (2) kompetensi pengetahuan, (3) kompetensi informasi dan teknologi, (4) kompetensi antar budaya.
