Abstract

Les transformations du tissu productif ont profondément modifié les modes d'exercice du pouvoir dans l'entreprise. Les liens de filialisation, de sous-traitance, le prêt de main-d'œuvre ou encore le financement par actions constituent autant de canaux d'influence « extérieurs » à l'entreprise qui introduisent des rapports de dépendance multiples dans la gestion de la relation d'emploi. L'interférence de relations commerciales ou financières dans les relations de travail complexifie les liens de subordination en jeu. Cette multiplication des formes de dépendance déstabilise la relation salariale telle qu'elle s'est construite au cours du XXe siècle en rendant délicate la détermination de l'interlocuteur pertinent face au salarié. Qui commande le salarié ? Qui prend les décisions d'emploi ?L'objectif de cet ouvrage est de caractériser les mutations des rapports de travail et d'emploi en intégrant la diversité des liens de subordination. Croisant l'économie du travail, l'économie industrielle, la sociologie, le droit et l'histoire, il propose une approche pluridisciplinaire des nouveaux rapports de dépendance dans le travail.
