L'activité de travail : grande oubliée de l'inclusion

Abstract

L'objectif de cet article théorique est d'analyser les grandes approches de l'inclusion au travail. Nous verrons tout d'abord comment l'inclusion au travail a principalement été appréhendée à partir d'une approche individuelle. Puis, nous présenterons les travaux plus récents abordant sa dimension organisationnelle. Enfin, nous constaterons l'absence de travaux articulant inclusion et activité de travail, constat à la base de futures perspectives de recherche pour les sciences de gestion et du management. Mots clés inclusion, travail, santé, activité de travail.
