How transition towards circular economy is organising ? Experience of a collective of alternative organisations

Abstract

Cette communication participe à la compréhension de modes d'organisation solidaire et montre leur pertinence pour engager une démarche collective de transition vers l'économie circulaire (TVEC). Le constat est fait de difficultés d'acteurs pour répondre à l'injonction de mettre en place des coopérations entre acteurs d'un territoire pour engager la TVEC, du titre IV de la loi sur la transition énergétique pour une croissance verte. Une revue de littérature rappelle d'abord le cadre des théories conventionnelles considérant l'action collective comme un problème, parmi lesquelles la théorie de la traduction. Un principe d'intégration et un mode d'auto-organisation, apparaissant dans les théories considérant au contraire l'action collective comme une solution sont ensuite présentées. D'autres travaux plus récents les mobilisent notamment dans des approches solidaires. La problématique choisie cherche à répondre au défi d'organisation induit par cette injonction : Comment s'organisent des organisations alternatives, voisines et hétérogènes, en réseau ancré sur un territoire pour coconstruire un projet inscrit dans la transition vers l'économie circulaire ? Une recherche empirique selon la méthodologie de recherche-accompagnement (Bréchet, Emin et Schieb-Bienfait., 2014), en observation-participante, est mise en oeuvre pour y répondre. L'analyse se développe par une démarche d'attention flottante. Les résultats provisoires de cette recherche en cours sont rapidement affichés, et quelques éléments de discussion sont proposés.
