Abstract

Les principaux travaux portant sur la spiritualité dans les entreprises accordent une place essentielle à l'expression de la spiritualité des salariés (Karakas, 2010, Mitroff, 2000) ou celle des dirigeants (Voynnet Fourboul, 2011) dans leur réussite personnelle ou collective. Dans cet article, nous faisons l'hypothèse que le contexte exemplaire des entreprises chinoises offre la possibilité d'évaluer cette relation à travers les perceptions des salariés. Pour cela, nous proposons sur le plan théorique de vérifier les relations existantes entre la spiritualité des salariés chinois et leur réussite personnelle ainsi que celle de leur organisation en mobilisant la littérature relative à la pensée et la philosophie chinoises (
