Talent Management Systems in Indian Pharmaceutical Firms: Exploring an Emerging Typology

Abstract

This study has explored the implementation of talent management process in pharmaceutical industry in India through a case study approach. Data was collected from top management and senior managers in HR, marketing and sales, research and development, operations and quality functions through 30 semi-structured interviews. The data was examined using a conceptual framework derived from extant literature in talent management. [W.P.No.2016-03-52]
