Evaluierung des Paktes für Arbeit und Qualifizierung für Oberösterreich

Abstract

Der vorliegende Bericht beschreibt den oberösterreichischen Pakt für Arbeit und Qualifizierung in seinem Zusammenspiel mit anderen relevanten Strategien auf der Landesebene. Im Zuge eines Vergleichs mit anderen europäischen Ländern und österreichischen Bundesländern wird die Entwicklung des oberösterreichischen Arbeitsmarktes seit der Finanzmarkt- und Wirtschaftskrise 2009 diskutiert. Anhand eines Literaturüberblicks zu regionalen, nationalen und internationalen Evaluierungen wird die zu erwartende Wirksamkeit verschiedener im Pakt vereinbarter Maßnahmen angegeben. Dies wird durch eine Evaluierung der Arbeitsplatznahen Qualifizierung und der Facharbeiter- und Facharbeiterinnen-Kurzausbildung sowie eine Abschätzung der volkswirtschaftlichen Wirkungen ergänzt, die mit den budgetierten Ausgaben verbunden sind.
