Wachstums- und Beschäftigungspolitik in Österreich unter europäischen Rahmenbedingungen

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, wieweit die europäischen Rahmenbedingungen (Binnenmarkt, Europa-2020-Strategie, Stabilitäts- und Wachstumspakt) mit der nationalen Wirtschaftspolitik der nächsten Jahre im Einklang sind bzw. Konfliktpotentiale aufweisen. Dabei wird davon ausgegangen, dass die nationale Wirtschaftspolitik an den vorhandenen Schwächefeldern der österreichischen Wirtschaft ansetzt. Trotz der EU-Vorgaben verbleiben Freiräume für die nationale Wirtschaftspolitik. Die Übereinstimmungspotentiale einer künftigen österreichischen Wachstums- und Beschäftigungspolitik mit den europäischen Rahmenbedingungen sind hoch.
