Abstract

El libro Gestión y nuevas tendencias en la hotelería presenta reflexiones sobre la gestión y competitividad interna de las organizaciones de alojamiento, el efecto que estas organizaciones pueden tener en su entorno y su estrecha relación con los colaboradores y stakeholders. Tiene como objetivo analizar y desarrollar temas que sean fuente de inspiración para la innovación del sector alrededor de tres ejes principales: las nuevas tendencias y las TIC en hotelería, la gestión y formación del talento humano, y la gestión, competitividad y sostenibilidad de la actividad hotelera y su relación con el destino.
