A kisvállalkozók foglalkozási mobilitása 1992 és 2001 között
[Employment mobility in small business between 1992 and 2001]

Abstract

A gazdasági szerkezetváltás irodalma a kisvállalkozások bővülését a folyamat egyik fő hajtóerejeként mutatja be, ezt azonban a kelet-európai empirikus elemzések kevéssé támasztják alá. Tanulmányunk kiinduló hipotézise szerint az önfoglalkoztatók könnyebben képesek szakmát váltani, mint az alkalmazottak, és ezzel is hozzájárulhattak a gazdasági szerkezetváltás lezajlásához. A KSH munkaerő-felmérésének egyéni szintű adataira támaszkodó elemzésünk eredményei azonban arra utalnak, hogy az általában is alacsony mobilitást mutató magyar munkaerőpiacon az önfoglalkoztatók szakmaváltásának gyakorisága legfeljebb az 1990-es évek legelső éveiben lehetett nagyobb, mint az alkalmazottaké.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: J62, J23.
