A munka jövője. Új fogalmak, feltételek, forgatókönyvek
[The future of work. New concepts, conditions and scenarios]

Abstract

A cikk a munka jövőjéről gondolkodók főbb megállapításait kísérli meg történelmi keretbe helyezni. Áttekinti az új fogalmakat, a fontosabb új feltételeket és az új körülményeket a munka meghatározásának új elemeit, tartalmi változását, különös tekintettel az alkotó hozzájárulás lehetőségének bővülésére, és átalakulását fizetett alkalmazotti munkából önálló vagy saját munkává. A szerző a kreativitás kibontakoztatása szempontjából vizsgálja, hogy a technikai fejlődéssel hogyan módosulnak a munkavégzés egyes feltételei: a munkavégzés helye és időbeosztása, a munka szervezési módja és az ennek megfelelő szervezeti és jogi formák. Végül ismerteti a jövőbeli munkakörülményekről és -feltételekről a várható gazdasági és technikai fejlődés függvényében készített fontosabb előrejelzéseket.
