Kreativitás és vállalkozás. Vizsgálódások Schumpeter nyomában
[Creativity and enterprise. Investigations in the wake of Schumpeter]

Abstract

Vajon alkotó folyamat-e a vállalkozás, és kreatív személyiségek-e a vállakozók? Ez a két legfontosabb kérdés, amire a tanulmány választ keres, méghozzá úgy, hogy először megvizsgálja, mit tanítanak ma a társtudományok, elsősorban az evolúciós biológia és a pszichhológia a kreatív folyamatról, az alkotásról, a kreatív személyiségről, valamint arról a környezetről, amelyben az alkotás végbemegy; másodszor összefoglalja a Schumpeter nyomán kifejlődött modern vállalkozáselmélet legfontosabb mondanivalóját a vállalkozásokról és a vállalkozókról, s végül, harmadszor összeveti az előbbi két állítás- és követelményrendszert. Az összehasonlítás egyértelműen azt az eredményt hozta, amit a vállalkozáselmélet már régen hangsúlyoz, de az általános közgazdasági elmélet alig ismer el, nevezetesen, hogy a) a gazdaságban végzett munka is lehet alkotó tevékenység, b) a sikeres vállakozásnak egyenesen alapfeltétele a kreatív hozzáállás és c) a gazdasági fejlődésnek nemcsak a klasszikus kapitalizmus korában, de ma is fontos szereplői a vállalkozók.
