A javadalmazási rendszerek hatása a magyarországi kis- és középvállalati szektorban
[Relations between corporate competencies and the application of remuneration systems in Hungarys SME sector]

Abstract

A tanulmány középpontjában a mikro-, kis- és középvállalatok vállalati szintű tényezői és a javadalmazási rendszerek alkalmazása közötti összefüggések empirikus vizsgálata áll. Az elméleti megalapozást és a kutatási kérdés ismertetését követően nagymintás elemzési eredmények bemutatására kerül sor: az 1069 magyar kis- és középvállalat vizsgálata leíró statisztikai eszközök és forward szelekciós logisztikus regresszió segítségével történt. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a javadalmazási rendszerek alkalmazására 1. a menedzsmentmegoldások, 2. a marketingeszközök, 3. az emberi erőforrás tényezői és 4. a külső támogatás mértéke gyakorolnak hatást. A kutatás újdonságát egyrészt az emberierőforrás-elmélet kis- és középvállalatokra történő alkalmazása adja, másrészt a tanulmány empirikus bizonyítékokkal szolgál a tématerület kutatói számára. Az összefüggések egyaránt jól hasznosíthatók a kis- és középvállalati menedzsment és emberierőforrás-gazdálkodás elmélete és oktatása számára.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O15, J33.
