Cooperative e lavoro migrante in agricoltura e nella logistica

Abstract

Il contributo esamina il ruolo delle cooperative come declinazione dell?intermediazione di manodopera migrante nel settore agricolo e logistico del Veneto. Le ricerche hanno eviden- ziato come in diversi settori siano presenti ?cooperative di convenienza?, costruite per favo- rire i processi di outsourcing delle aziende, generando spesso situazioni di precariet? nelle condizioni di lavoro. L?analisi approfondisce le specifiche modalit? di funzionamento delle cooperative in questi due settori ed evidenzia come le cooperative ? coinvolte in una relazione di intermediazione costantemente in tensione tra formalit? e informalit?, libert? e coercizione ? siano diventate una forma di mediazione particolarmente diffusa nel mercato del lavoro del Veneto.
