Hoher Arbeitsfriede in Deutschland

Abstract

Im internationalen Vergleich ist der soziale Friede in Deutschland sehr hoch und hat sogar während der letzten 30 Jahre zugenommen. Für den Rückgang des Arbeitskampfvolumens ist neben gesamtwirtschaftlichen Gründen und rückläufigem gewerkschaftlichen Organisationsgrad auch die rechtliche Regelung von Arbeitskämpfen verantwortlich, die in Deutschland darauf ausgerichtet ist, diese eher zu verhindern.
